Privacy

This is how Carnality handles your details when you join our mailing list.

What we collect

Your name, email address, country and town or city.

Why

To send you news about new music, videos and gigs. We use your name to address our emails to you, and your location to let you know about shows near you. We collect it because you've asked to join, and you can withdraw that at any time.

Who holds it

Our mailing list runs on Kit (kit.com), which stores the list and sends our emails on our behalf. Kit is based in the United States and handles data under its own data processing terms, which cover transfers from the UK and EU. We never sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted. Email hello@carnalityband.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
